| This listing is for high density memory. High density memory is a good low-cost computer upgrade solution and works well if it is compatible with your system. However, typically it is far less compatible than low density and will only work in certain motherboards. |
| Low density memory is compatible with 100% of the motherboards in the market and is typically of better quality. But this means it is more expensive than high density. For your reference, all branded memory you purchase from big box retailers is low density. |
| Please check to see if your chipset is listed below and contact your motherboard manufacturer to be sure it is compatible with high density memory. If you are unsure, we highly recommend that you purchase low density memory. |
| When comparing computer memory on Ebay please look for the words “high density” or “low density”. Some unscrupulous Ebay sellers do not mention whether their item is high density or not so you should also look at the chip configuration. For 1GB modules, high density is stated as “128x8” or “128x4”. Low density is “64x8”. Also, high density listings will typically have a list of compatible chipsets where as low density will not. |

| Explanation of Shipping Charges : |
| Domestic: Any order shipped to a USA address will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending upon the weight of the package. We ship using tracking number, Delivery Confirmation and insurance. Please note that our shipping charge also include handling fees. Once shipped average delivery period is estimated at 2-5 working days. |
| International: Any order shipped outside of USA is sent using United States Postal Service Parcel Post Service. Once shipped the average delivery time is estimated at 5-8 working days. However, sometimes there are delays caused by the US Postal Service and international customs agents that are outside of our control. Although rare, these delays can cause shipments to take several weeks before they arrive at their destination.There is an additional fee of $25 for all orders shipped to Italy. Italian orders will be shipped using a registered courier. |
* We ship all products as ordered by our customers to the destination they have requested. Customers are responsible for all local taxes and duties if applicable. Please understand we work at low margins so can not offer you unlimited services like reimbursement for return shipping or paying for overnight delivery, etc., but we will be HONEST AND FAIR. If you give us a negative feedback without cooperating with us, we will strictly adhere to all of our policies as stated on this listing.
- You will need RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization Number to return the product. Contact us through eBay or from the contact information provided on your invoice. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package when returning a product.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurred during shipping returned items back to us.
- We must receive defective products within 30 days of you receiving it. If it is found to be in fact defective, we will ship you the repaired/replacement product at no cost to you or refund you the Buy It Now price if stock is unavailable.
- If any defective product is received after 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges incurred to ship the replacement product(s) back to you.
- We promise the FULL Buy Now Price refund on defective parts if we receive it back within 30 days of you receiving the products.
- Original shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. If an item was sold with free shipping $10 will be deducted to cover shipping and handling expenses.
- Absolutely NO Refunds after 30 days.
- Returned units found to be in working order will be returned at buyer's expense and $10 service fee will apply.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
- Please understand exchange/repairs or refund is for non-physically damaged products. Burnt pins and heat spreader adhesive is considered physical damage and will not be accepted so please take care when installing the memory and be sure to remove the heat spreader adhesive.
- If a buyer wishes a refund of the Buy Now Price for incompatible product, purchase by mistake, or working product - a 15% restocking fee per item will apply and products must be returned back within 7 days. After 7 days current market value will be used for refund purposes instead of Buy Now Price.
