You should receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase so you can track the package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
All products are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. If there is a delay in shipment outside of normal shipping parameters, we will notify you immediately.
United States:
- FREE Standard Shipping for USPS Media Mail (delivery in 4-12 business days) for any size order.
- $4.95 for Priority Mail Shipping FLAT RATE (delivery in 2-3 business days) for any size order.
- $23.95 FLAT RATE for Express Mail shipping (delivery in 1-2 business days) if received by 2PM EST.
Canada:
- $18.95 for Priority Shipping rate (delivery in 6-10 days) for any size order.
International (Germany/UK):
- $24.95 for Priority Shipping rate (delivery in 6-10 days) for any size order.
Returns can be made within 15 days of receipt of your order if you are unsatisfied with the product. You will assume the cost of shipping for a return, however there is no restocking fee if the product is received in the same condition it was sent to you (in original packaging).
